Dr. KOTESWARARAO SEELAM is the Principal of Esteemed SreeKavitha Engineering College, Karepalli, Khammam. He obtained Doctoral Degree from JNTUK University, Kakinada. He took the Post Graduate degree in Instrumentation & Control System from University College of Engineering, JNTUK, Kakinada,.Graduated in Electronics& Communication Engineering from DR SGIET,Markapur, Prakasam Dt,Andhrapradesh. His area of Research is Wireless Sensor Networks.
He has adorned various passions before becoming the principal of SKEC. He has 16 years teaching and research experience in various positions starting from Assistant professor, Associate Professor, Professor &HOD to Principal in reputed institutions.
He taught the subjects of Electronics& Communication Engineering like Optical Fiber Communication, Wireless sensor Networks, Digital Signal Processing, Cellular & Mobile Communication, Electronics Circuit Analysis, Digital Communication, Probability Theory & Stochastic process, Microprocessor & Micro Controllers. Intellectual Property Rights(IPR).He presented several guest lecturers & seminars in various Conferences, Symposiums etc. He organized several National level Symposiums & Youth festivals in various Institutions.
He has published several papers in International & National Journals and presented papers in National/International Conferences. Besides this he is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), IETE a Professional society works for the betterment of technical Education in India.
During the tenure of his service as principal he had introduced many methods to reform and improves the academic, research and Administrative matters of the Institutions and also to improve the university examination results apart from implementing many plans.
He is intelligent, honest, dynamic and very motivated. He has a good ability to practice a career in academic research and development. He is able to work hard and pursue the task with a high degree of perseverance until completion is successful. He believes in systematic work and distributes the work to all faculty members in a well planned way. He also makes them responsible by monitoring all the activities of the college and his weekly meeting with all HODs where issues are resolved and all academics and non-academics are promoted. He is a visionary leader and good administrator to manage educational transformation in the institution to develop high academic appreciation in a background of superb postural care and to make a real difference to student’s lives in a totally innovative education setting.
