Department of Computer Science & Engineering is established in the year 2001 with a view to develop quality engineers to meet the current trends in the emerging world of Information Technology. The Department provides undergraduate program in B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) and post graduate programme in M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering).
State of the art CSE Labs are well equipped with Dual Core clients running on Windows and Linux operating systems, Xeon servers with all licensed softwares. The systems in the entire campus are connected through 10/100 Mbps CAT 6 UTP cabling, high-end routers and switches with 2Mbps internet facility. The labs are established with an objective to promote practical knowledge in latest cutting-edge technologies and research work.
The Department has well qualified and efficient faculty in the specialized areas like Computer Networks, Data Mining, Soft Computing, Ad-hoc Networks, and Distributed Computing to name a few.
